    Louisville District delivers Newark Army reserve center ahead of schedule

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District recently completed a new 43,000 square-foot Army Reserve Center in Newark, Delaware, ahead of schedule.

    Winslow Flood Control Project to receive $65M

    WINSLOW, Arizona – The Little Colorado River at Winslow Flood-Control project is slated to receive more than $65 million in federal funding this year, said Sen. Krysten Sinema, during a panel presentation April 11 in Winslow.

    Beneficial Use of Dredged Material

    When feasible, dredged material can be used as a resource rather than treated as a waste product. Beneficial uses can include habitat creation and restoration, beach nourishment, landfill cover, and land site remediation.

    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction in Poland reassures allies and supports regional security

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District’s Northern Europe Area Office in Poznan, Poland has been the focal point for the Corps of Engineers’ more than $350 million construction mission in Poznan and many other sites throughout Poland over the past several years. These projects are already benefiting both U.S. forces stationed in Poland on a rotational basis as well as the Polish hosts operating the bases.
