    Ribbon-cutting ceremony held for NTSIL

    On March 26, 2019, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on Kirtland Air Force Base to celebrate the opening of Building 578, the Navigation Technology Satellite Integration Laboratory, or NTSIL.
