    ERDC Supports NATO Advanced Research Workshop

    ERDC Environmental Laboratory’s (EL) Dr. Igor Linkov recently organized and directed the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO) Advanced Research Workshop on Sustainable Cities and Military Installations in Iceland.

    ERDC Environmental Laboratory (EL) Science, Mathematics And Research for Transformation (SMART) Student Matthew Wood recently earned Best Design Cognition Paper with colleagues from Carnegie Mellon University at the Design Computing and Cognition 12 Conference at the Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.

    ERDC Construction Engineering Research Laboratory’s Dr. Bill East gave the opening keynote address recently at the 2012 American Society of Civil Engineers International Conference on Computing in Civil Engineering.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 22, 2012) – Park Ranger Matthew Leftwich at J. Percy Priest Lake is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District Employee of the Month for April 2012 and recipient of the LRD Star of Life Award for rescuing a struggling swimmer.
