On most weekends, this red-haired whirlwind can be seen playing red-hot fiddle tunes in the Sacramento Celtic rock band One Eyed Reilly. Watching him perform, it’s hard to believe St. John Fraser’s sobering wakeup call came in the form of a cancerous brain tumor detected four years ago.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 15, 2013) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District is celebrating 125 years of service to the Cumberland and Tennessee Rivers Basins and to the Nation that began when the district was created Aug. 18, 1888 under the command of Lt. Col. John W. Barlow.
