    Craney Island mosquito spraying set for Aug. 14

    The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will conduct a second aerial mosquito spraying Thursday, Aug. 14, over U.S. Army property at Craney Island in Portsmouth, Va.
