    He’s not the type of person who says one thing but does another. He isn’t someone who does just enough to get by. In fact, Los Angeles District Program Manager Robert Klein’s impressive dedication was recognized by headquarters when they selected him as the Corps’ Program Manager of the Year for 2013 in July.
  • One of the UDC training rooms where more than 12,000 people began their deployments. Since May 2005, the UDC has been the first stop for thousands of deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Managed by and housed at the Middle East District headquarters in Winchester, Va., thousands of USACE civilians, Soldiers and contractors, along with thousands more from other federal agencies, have spent their first week away from their home stations at the UDC being trained and equipped for their new mission.

    USACE Deployment Center Closed as Part of Army-wide Consolidation

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Deployment Center is officially closing its doors and ceasing operations.     Awards ceremony recognizes contributions of Civilian workforce

    FORT BELVOIR, Va. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recognized the outstanding accomplishments of its Civilian workforce at a national awards ceremony last month at Fort Belvoir.
