    As one of the District’s construction control inspectors, Eric Procter spends his time reviewing reports, checking submittals, observing contractor activities, monitoring safety compliance, researching codes and consulting with the project engineer. He has been working on a new Army Aviation Support Facility for the New Mexico National Guard.

    From the beginnings of Army aviation in the early 20th Century, Eric Procter’s family was involved. His grandfather served in France as an army aircraft mechanic in World War I, and his service inspired his grandson.
