    A U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) ensured Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center Atlantic (SSC Atlantic) received a rebate check from South Carolina Electric and Gas (SCE&G) in the amount of $797,215 May 26 at the Naval Weapons Station, Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.
