Reimagining what is possible drives innovation. And our engineers here at the Transatlantic Division are on the frontline of innovation for engineering solutions that support the steady state operations across the U.S. Central Command’s area of operations.

Highly Trained, Well Disciplined! U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Transatlantic Division Total Force Team military members show their READINESS! Transatlantic Division Command Sgt. Major Delfin Romani talks about fitness and leadership following the Transatlantic Division's early morning Army Combat Fitness Test. Major General Kimberly Colloton, Transatlantic Division commander, and CSM Romani joined their Team of Teams in taking the ACFT. The overall results reflected the Divisions high standards of READINESS! All military components assigned to the Transatlantic Division conducted a biannual ACFT early this morning, demonstrating the Division’s commitment to READINESS. The ACFT is part of an ongoing two-day Leader Development Program Workshop focused on military readiness, leadership development, training and team building.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Division continues to provide engineering solutions for our mission partner’s toughest full spectrum challenges in one of the most complex construction environments in the world.

With oversight of well over $5 billion in projects throughout the U.S. Central Command’s area of responsibility, as well as dedicated support to the U.S. Special Operations Command, the Transatlantic Division combines dedicated and expeditionary district capabilities, partnering in peace and war, to deliver innovative, resilient, and sustainable solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense and the nation; and establish the conditions for regional security and stability throughout the Middle East and Central Asia. Today, the Transatlantic Division delivers its program through two districts, the Transatlantic Middle East District and the newly formed Transatlantic Expeditionary District.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Transatlantic Division conducts Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) training to become qualified graders and ACFT NCOs and Officers who can oversee and conduct future ACFT events. The group also conducted a familiarization test after going through the training.
