CSM Clifton D. Morehouse was born in Fort Gordon, Georgia, and grew up in St Louis, Missouri, and enlisted in the Army in November 1995 as an Engineer.
He attended basic combat training and advanced individual training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
CSM Morehouse has served as Heavy Equipment Operator, Senior Construction Equipment Operator, Squad Leader, Senior Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, S-3 NCOIC, Intelligence Sergeant, First Sergeant, 81st CMT OPS SGM, 20E BN CSM and 181st MFTB BDE CSM.
His assignments include: Korea; Fort Hood, Texas; Korea; Fort Eustis, Virginia; Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Fort Sill, Oklahoma; Fort Stewart, Georgia; Germany (Schweinfurt & Granfenwohr); Fort Campbell, Kentucky; Fort Bliss, Texas; Fort Hood, Texas; Fort McCoy, WI and now Transatlantic Division, Winchester, Virginia.
He has deployed to Iraq x (2), Afghanistan x (1) and Romania for theater support operations.
CSM Morehouse's education and training includes: Associates of Liberal Arts from Excelsior University, Basic Leader Course, Advanced Leader Course, Senior Leader Course, Sergeant Major Course, Drill Sergeant School, 1SG/CDR Course, Sapper Leader Course, Battle Staff, Master Resilience Training; EN PCC; BN and BDE PCC/CSMDP.
