Mosul Dam Task Force

Secrist leads the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers team that is part of a joint venture started in 2016 among the Iraq Ministry of Water Resources, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Italian Company Trevi S.p.A. The Mosul Dam Project was charged with stabilizing and repairing the infrastructure of the Mosul Dam, which is the largest in Iraq, and the fourth largest in the Middle East. It supplies water, hydropower, irrigation and flood control to the region.
