  • MG Toy Visits Supplemental Project Sites

    MG Mark Toy visited supplemental projects in Martin and Paintsville, Ky. as well as Milton W.Va. to gain an appreciation of their status. MG Toy was able to meet with project team members, partners from the WVNG and visit businesses that will directly benefit from the projects once completed.

    On the day after Veterans Day there is a service member, home from Afghanistan who has worn both the uniform of the U. S. Army and that of the USACE Civilian, volunteering his time, again away from family and friends to simply just "Serve".
